There is a employee that works at yalls store in Corinth ms of the name Tiffany essary she is pregnant with my kid and shes mad at me bc Im seening someone esle and told me if I come back into the store she is going to call the cops thats not good customer service and I spend money there all the time

Verified BuyerI’m getting really frustrated I have a customer service issue and cannot find a human being to talk to or even any place to report the problem I’ve been a customer for years
I ordered four pair of jeans from marshals.com. Received the order on the 18th delivered by FedEx.
I was home when the shipment came. I retrieved the box as the truck was pulling away. The box had been ripped open inside was one pair of the jeans without any tags or identification on them and no packaging, no shipping Statement and an empty plastic bag. This is how it arrived.
No one had an opportunity to touch it on my property. I have tried repeatedly to find someway to get resolution.
I called FedEx to file a claim and they said the type of shipping plan that marshals has I have to contact them and they will file a claim with FedEx. Where do these people hide?
Preferred solution: Full refund

Charge on bill for an item i dont have
Thanks to the customer service which solve a complicate situation. I' found of Marshalls stores everywhere because of the interesting prices and the items.

I ordered two items on line over ten days ago, one item arrived one has nir. I called to obtain status of item not yet delivered.
The customer care person was professional, polite, helpful, and able to track the item and give me more information on its arrival. She was helpful snd knowledgeable.

Complain About Customer Service
Im a Marshall customer for many years. Always trying my best to be on time for my monthly dues.
Today Sunday April 7th at 8:33am I was trying to pay my April month bill and I call from my # 703477-****. My main concern was to find out is there any late fees/ interest for this month, as it happened before during the beginning of January 2024 and I discovered that there was accumulated late fees while I have no updates regarding my balance . The charge was cancelled but I lost the trust to pay without review any of the balance due.
Long story short, I was surprised by the representative way of communication. She was replying as she was talking to a mentally retired person or a baby.
I wish if you can listen to the recording.
It was insulting and I expressed that to her. Im not expecting that type of communication.
I requested the agent to transfer me to another department to help me, she refused and it was same impolite tone with me.
I would appreciate your help to understand this type of behavior from your card billing agent.

Hello, I recently had an unpleasant experience with a cashier. She was rude and assaulted me emotionally. I am still in shock.
Pay my bill
I have not received any mail from this company as well. I would like to get this resolved today and pay my bill.
I would also like to speak to someone about getting my information correct for billing and mail and receive my card.
I have not received my marshalls credit card yet as well. These are all issues I would like to talk to someone about today!

Spoke to an agent and said if I don’t hear from them in the next 3 days I should call back and cancel the order. I told her you have wasted so much of my time by waiting around and constantly calling.
She offered me a $10 Marshalls gift card. Like as if I’ll be shopping there again.
I placed an order two weeks ago and it still hasnt shipped out. Paid $872.00
The rep couldnt help because the warehouse has no one to contact to see what the delay is.
I just need to know if Im ever going to receive the furniture pieces.
They blame the weather which sounds ridiculous because how can a big company operate like this and not be able to send orders out for 2 weeks and more?
I dont know where the warehouse is located but I do know no where in USA is having disastrous weather at the moment.

Event at the local Marshall
Past Sat purchased several items. The next day, Sunday, I took 7items to be returned to TJX card.
One Item was a PJ top costing $2.00(yellow ticket). The employee doing the return falsely insinuated my purchase consisted of a PJ top and bottom. I sternly objected to the falsehood and stated she will be reported. She returned the PJ top stating, it is only $2.00 I return it.
I stated, you are returning exactly what was sold to me as you should.
The next day, Monday, I complained to the Framingham office. I did not leave personal info.
I also reported, the same time, I observed and heard a customer next to me returning a bottle of shampoo embarrassingly being probed about the return.
Framingham office stated, The store Manager will be contacted.

Stores then customer support multiple time they were very rude and kept hanging up on me I asked for a supervisor kept telling me they would call me back then don't i asked 4 times to speak to a supervisor and still have not been contacted they are super rude and have very poor customer support

I went in to purchase a hair brush... I went up to the register to pay as I was waiting for the cashier to give me my change back I started taking the brush out of the Marshalls bag and tore the cardboard off the handle of the brush .
I asked the cashier politely if she could throw it away for me.. she stated she could not... I said no biggie trash can outside... As she handed me my receipt I said can you throw it away or you not allowed to throw that away either since she could throw away the bag she had just given me to bag my brush ..
as I walked away she said you don't have to be a *** I stopped at the exit I turned around and she said I said that you didn't have to be rude.. u said I wasn't rude I simply asked.. and you just called me a *** that's when another cashier jumped in and started and telling at me to get out of the store . I said why do I have to leave because your cashier called me a *** .
I was already running late so instead of causing a big scene I left called the customer service number and I have yet to hear back from the general manager of that location...
Pissed isn't the word .. and when I called to speak to the manager he was already aware because another employee overheard the cashier and reported it...
Preferred solution: Thkse two employees need to be let go... And find a job that doesn't deal with customers or the public

Didn’t realize this was for pissed customers.. but I haven’t been able to redeem my rewards and the 10 people I’ve spoken to haven’t been able to solve my situation..
No one has been able to solve it..dont know who I can reach to help me..how can I redeem my points.. why give them if I havent been able to use Kayley..

She already told you ONCE that she cannot throw it away. Move on with your life.
You said no biggie, but YOU made it a biggie. Maybe if you had not made a biggie out of it this would not have happened. The fact that you want them fired shows how DISGUSTING you are. Especially since you made a BIGGIE of something that you did not need to make a BIGGIE.
Maybe you need a parent to shop with you to keep a check on your behavior. I am glad the manager stood up for the employee rather than side with you to keep your business. Face it they do not want you back.
Just accept the answer and move on. Don't get smart with them, because clearly you are NOT SMART.
So you were running late but had time to stop and run your mouth about throwing the receipt away and then again as you were leaving. What a piece of garbage you are.
She is GARBAGE and she is DISGUSTING. She ran her mouth off and wants them fired for telling her off.
Since her parents did not tell her off when she misbehaved someone else needed to. Parents if you do not teach your kids manners someone else will.
