Terrible customer service
I made an order online with Marshalls and my credit card was charged. For some reason Marshalls cancel my order.
I called them and they told me to try it again maybe I hit a wrong button or wrong address. I looked at it and everything was correct. Marshalls told me to order again and maybe that would help. So I did and now I'm charged twice from Marshalls.
They gave me a refund and then took it back. I have Capital One bank and they said they have nothing to do with this it all has to do with Marshalls. I called Marshall's back and they claim that there is nobody I can call and nothing they can do I have to wait 5 to 7 days for my money to return to my bank. Today is day 5 and still nothing.
Now I have the weekend with no credit card to use. They told me to call back after 7 days to the same number that could not help me with anything. I asked the associate. If I do have to call back there's still nobody that I can physically talk to that can help.
They have to put a request in for why it hasn't been refunded then I have to wait more days. How long I have no clue.

They just didn't care.
I bought womans multivitamins it had a coupon on it that said try me for 2 dollars.off.they wouldn't honor it.there people put them on the shelf if that was the case they should have taken them iff.i was treated very rudely.i shop there all the time.i was treated very rudely the supervisors name was Hannah store marshalls on stafford st in worcester. I couldn't belive the rudeness I work retail and you give what is marked.on the shelf or the product.
I was very very embarrassed. And I am reluctant to go back because of the way I was treated over 2 dollars.

Unhappy with this situation
I ordered hair products from you and you sent them in 2seperate packages.
The 2nd package arrived yesterday and I was charged
9.99 for shipping. This was an order for $4.99
Its ridicules to pay for shipping 2xs. Why didnt you send the products together?

Employee (Maria)was very nasty and rude. Spoke very disrespectful. I ask for the manager (Jennifer)and she didnt seem to have much customer service skill to assure me that this wouldnt happen again.This is the store on Eastchase in Fort Worth Texas 76112

Dogs in store
I am severely allergic to dogs. A dog , on a long leash came up to my leg and started sniffing.
When I asked the owner of the dog why they brought the dog to the store, they answered Marshalls allowed, and encouraged it. While NYS allows non food stores to allow dogs, it does not REQUIRE it.
I spend thousands of dollars in your stores on a yearly basis. If this policy doesnt change, I will shop online r.

I have been an avid shopper at the Cary NC store for many years. However, my latest experience with one of the store clerks and one of the managers on duty has left me disappointed.
This is the most unsatisfactory shopping experience I've had at this Marshalls store. After standing in line for about 15 minutes or more, I was asked to proceed to the register. The cashier, who was very disrespectful and uncaring, clearly did not represent Marshalls in a positive light. She rang up my purchase, but my card was rejected.
I asked if I could leave, go to my car and fetch another form of payment and be rung up again. Very obnoxiously, she stated that I would have to wait in line all over again. I quickly left to get another form of payment, returned to find the line extremely long. The weather was extremely hot, I was tired from running back from the car and had a small child with me.
I did not want to wait in the long line again, so I asked her for my items and called for a manager for help. The manager was of no help. She, too, had the same unpleasant disposition as the clerk. All I heard her saying was that the clerk was correct.
She offered no resolution, nor did she apologize. Only due to another customer offering me her spot in line was I able to get in and out of there. My recommendation is to retrain this particular store manager (Lisa) and store clerk (Jalisa) with a simple, yet forgotten, number one lesson in customer service.
They need to reorient themselves regarding the Marshalls store mission. I have decided not to patronize this particular Marshalls store due to the disrespectful service I received.

So, I bought about 7 items and 2 of those were throws which were on clearance for $10. I paid cash and as I'm leaving, the security goes off. My cashier comes over and removes the security tag - okay, no problem, it happens. I get home and open up the blankets and the other one still has the security tag.
Annoying.
I call because I have since taken out the trash and the receipt is gone because I shouldn't need it. I call to make sure it won't be an issue to bring the throw back to remove the tag and they pretty much say without the receipt they can't do anything.
So because of the employee's mistake, I can't have the tag removed.
I'm sorry, but I don't think even the dumbest thief would call the store and or go back to have a tag removed.
Terrible policy which I don't, or never have, seen the policy posted anywhere.
Interesting.
I don't usually submit complaints but this is absolute *** Northern Nashua NH store by the way, review the security cameras and you will see that I was there and paid cash.
Easy, so much for keeping customers who keep you in business happy.

I purchased a sweater and didn't realize it was ruined until I got home. And I was returning it and the manager stated they couldn't accept it because it was damaged, and it appears she was implying that I was the one who destroyed it.The damage is not really evident because it's a knit , but it's already there. I wouldn't have bought it in the first place if I saw the damage.

No apologies
I went to the store and they left the sensor on the clothes and I went and all 4 including the manager didn't help. I showed them the receipt and they have me stading there like I mentioned nothing. It's the Marshall they need to do there job since they don't 845 white plains road Bronx ny 10473.

Store location: 2029 W. Maple Rd., Troy, MI 48084.
As part of a $250 purchase, I bought a clothing item at Marshalls for $59.99.
The employee rang the tag on this item like she rang the tags on all the other items. I paid with a credit card and left. Within the 10-day return window and with all original tags attached, I attempted to return the $59.99 item but was told by the manager that the tag attached to the item was incorrect. When she scanned the tag, neither the correct brand nor the correct fabric came up.
She refused to accept the return or even issue a store credit. The mistake was Marshalls and solely Marshalls. I didnt tag the item, price the item, or sell the item. I am merely a consumer who purchased the item on good faith that Marshalls would abide by its own return policy.
It would cost Marshalls NOTHINGnot a red centto take the item back (considering Marshalls employees incorrectly catalogued and tagged the item) and issue me a store credit. I would have spent the $59.99 and more there. Instead Marshalls has lost a previously faithful customer and all my future purchases. This is a classic example of a flawed return system and all-around poor customer service.
I called the customer service number and was connected to an agent who was unhelpful and clearly on a script. He just kept repeating himself. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he refused to escalate my call. At the end of the day, there are far too many other vendors/companies with return and customer service policies that operate within the bigger spirit of accountability and customer satisfaction.
I am being forced to pay for Marshalls mistake, and it is not right.
Plain and simple. I will be reaching out to the corporate office.
