Very unprofessional company it’s sad that certain people are put in positions that do not have the skills to deal with customers.
This letter serves as a formal complaint regarding ongoing harassment at Marshalls (Miracle Marketplace, ***, ***). While I appreciate store management, *** faced repeated harassment from an associate named ***. She has made inappropriate remarks about my weight, which I reported multiple times. On April 8, 2026, around 5:30 p.m., I observed *** with a previous harasser, who called me a bitch as I passed. I didnt report it immediately out of fear since past complaints led to no resolution.
I request immediate corporate intervention to stop this harassment. If any further incident occurs, I will not hesitate to contact law enforcement for my safety. I anticipate prompt resolution.

Return shipping fees ($11.99) would be deducted from the credit, and after the returned goods, eventually such fees would be credited. I called back Marshalls with FedEx return tracking No.
and they acknowledged receipt of the incorrect goods shipped to me originally. It has been 2 weeks since they received the return, but no credit at all.

I purchased a pair of pants and completed the transaction at the register. While the sales associate was packing the item, she realized that the matching top from the set was missing.
I had already agreed to purchase only the pants and was fully aware that the top was not included.
After my payment was processed, the manager approached and insisted that the transaction be reversed and the item returned due to the associates mistake. The managers tone was rude and unprofessional, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable as a customer.
I believe that once a transaction is completed in good faith, and the customer has agreed to the purchase as presented, internal inventory mistakes should not be handled in a way that negatively impacts the customer.

- Staff took my receipt; loss prevention will review cameras and call; two weeks no call and phone is dead.
The cashier charged me for a pair of shoes that I did not bring home. I go back to the store and they take the info of my receipt and tell me loss prevention will check the cameras on Monday and call me back.
Its been 2 weeks and I still have not received a call. On top of that you can't contact the store , their phone doesn't work.
User's recommendation: Check your receipt. They ring up extra things you don't get. Contacting store in person and told loss prevention would call me back. Its been 2 weeks no call from them. Then the phone number to the store does not go through. They watch customers to prevent loss protection but they steal from the customers.
Terrible customer service
- Order was charged, canceled, then re-ordered and charged twice.
- Refund issued then reversed; five to seven days expected; no clear contact.
I made an order online with Marshalls and my credit card was charged. For some reason Marshalls cancel my order.
I called them and they told me to try it again maybe I hit a wrong button or wrong address. I looked at it and everything was correct. Marshalls told me to order again and maybe that would help. So I did and now I'm charged twice from Marshalls.
They gave me a refund and then took it back. I have Capital One bank and they said they have nothing to do with this it all has to do with Marshalls. I called Marshall's back and they claim that there is nobody I can call and nothing they can do I have to wait 5 to 7 days for my money to return to my bank. Today is day 5 and still nothing.
Now I have the weekend with no credit card to use. They told me to call back after 7 days to the same number that could not help me with anything. I asked the associate. If I do have to call back there's still nobody that I can physically talk to that can help.
They have to put a request in for why it hasn't been refunded then I have to wait more days. How long I have no clue.

Dogs in store

I am severely allergic to dogs. A dog , on a long leash came up to my leg and started sniffing.
When I asked the owner of the dog why they brought the dog to the store, they answered Marshalls allowed, and encouraged it. While NYS allows non food stores to allow dogs, it does not REQUIRE it.
