If you use your ID too many times for non-receipt returns you are basically flagged in the system for security reasons. The store cannot override this.

It even says that in the Marshall's return policy online. You just have to keep up with your recipets.

Compliment the corporation

I was not calling to complain but rather to compliment Marshalls for their ads on TV. Using REAL shaped people that use your product is wonderful! All of us regular people feel like the ad fantastic job!!

Horrible service of a manager

Horrible service of a managerMerchandise credit was not put onto card from previous day manager argued and was unhelpful told me I needed to figure it out on my own only when I told her I wouldnt leave the store until it was the result did she then figure it out solve the issue realize manny was on the card but she implied I was lying and gave me awful service

Very bad behavior of two employees

There was a red markdown sticker that wouldnt ring up and the cashier called the manager over. They were three feet away leaning over the counter peeling stickers back and whispering and looking at me. I explained that I found the item the way it was, they then got the ticket gun to put a higher price on it and told me the price was $3 more.

Lost gift card

I lost a Marshall credit card. I called Marshall and was told they were going to send me a replacement. This was last week. I havent received any replacement.

Donations

I recently made a purchase and this is at least the 5th or 6th time that I have been asked to make a donation to childrens diabetes more then once during each transaction. While its wonderful that your company is doing this I feel that your employees are borderline harassing customers. My first response of no thank I do not wish to donate at this time should suffice. I should not be asked two more times during my encounter with the cashier if Id like to donate. And after refusing to donate be treated as if I did something wrong.

Terrible treatment from staff

I had purchased several items that were marked with red stickers. I am always looking for good deals when I go to shop. Criminal matter

Will never shop here again

My daughter just called me and was very upset. She said she was leaving Marshalls because she was being stared at and followed around the store by your employees. Never again will Marshalls/TJ Maxx receive any of our money.
