Resolved: Tried to buy a product and denied,a piece was missing. I didn't even car if it was full price.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.

Issue reserve this morning at 10:24 a.m. I did have to call the home office but my granddaughter is now happy I'm very happy to say. So thank you Marshalls for being so understanding and so helpful we appreciate it.

My my granddaughter received a gift card. First time shopping at Marshalls. Found one outfit she liked they would not sell it to us because a piece was missing. Upset my granddaughter very much will not shop at Marshall's ever again. I also returned everything we bought that day because they would not sell us this product. It's on hold for 7 days they said they would call us. We'll see if that happens very disappointed will not shop there we're putting it on Facebook and any other social media we can find. Do not shop at Marshalls

I would like for my granddaughter to get the outfit that she wanted I don't care that was missing a piece and willing to pay full price for it. Manager made her cry she's only 13 ridiculous.

Misleading the consumer

Marshalls - Misleading the consumer
I found this item in your store and I was mislead by what was on the item. My assumption was it was the 3 pieces stated on the tag. Your manager disagreed with me and other consumers were taking my side. I feel I was in the right about being mislead and false advertising. If I see something that comes in a set and marked as set then Im entitled to receive they way it is.

I tried to to buy something and didn't have enough money but was charged for the amount that was left on my card and have not received my refund also they I mean the follow me and my family around the store every time wev go there its bad they are rude and very nasty to us every time we shop there

Complaint customer service

Today, I returned children's boots, boxed, intact, w/Marshall's tags. Unfortunately, I had the wrong receipt (made thousands of dollars in purchases in 2022). Transaction was completed however when the cashier handed me back my new receipt, she said she was informing...

You had the wrong receipt so how is it their fault? If you had properly gone through your receipts this would not have been an issue.

You could have avoided your "embarrassment" by reading all your receipts to make sure that you had the correct one. I doubt that you will be missed and I hope that you are told off on social media for your mistake.

You are not loyal if you let one bad incident stop you from returning. One that was YOUR fault.
