Terrible customer service. I purchased a wallet and needed to return it.
All tags attached, I had my receipt but the coordinator wouldn’t accept the return because they claim it isn’t coming up correct in their system. this isn’ t the first time this has happened. It’s absolutely obsurd to make a customer wait so long in the first place to then claim that the item I purchased isn’t what I bought. How rude and how disrespectful.
Honestly, if the store system is flawed that shouldn’t be be customers problem. There needs to be a change !!
