A Marshall’s customer for decades, from Chicago, IL to CA in 1988. Ecstatic when Marshalls came. Too long a customer to have to deal with attitude and dismissal behavior. Disappointed customer!

I couldn't reset my password, as each time I entered a new password, the reset screen would come back as if I had not entered a new password (no error messg, just a brand new "new password" screen). I called customer service to report this vicious cycle I was involved with. I was told that there was nothing they could do other than report it to their on-line group & to expect an answer in 5-7 days. I was never contacted by anyone from the company & still have the problem.

They need to better educate their employees especially managers. You better have enough and know what to do to accuse and stop your customers at the door on the suspicious alone. Especially when it’s only a minor who is 12 years old. And not apologizing on the spot and being rude to the customers is unacceptable. My daughter is currently in a very difficult and traumatic state of mind. This was very hurtful and mishandled by a full grown adult who is a store manager . I’m very disappointed at Maralls and it will take us long time to overcome.
