No apologies
I went to the store and they left the sensor on the clothes and I went and all 4 including the manager didn't help. I showed them the receipt and they have me stading there like I mentioned nothing. It's the Marshall they need to do there job since they don't 845 white plains road Bronx ny 10473.

Store location: 2029 W. Maple Rd., Troy, MI 48084.
As part of a $250 purchase, I bought a clothing item at Marshalls for $59.99.
The employee rang the tag on this item like she rang the tags on all the other items. I paid with a credit card and left. Within the 10-day return window and with all original tags attached, I attempted to return the $59.99 item but was told by the manager that the tag attached to the item was incorrect. When she scanned the tag, neither the correct brand nor the correct fabric came up.
She refused to accept the return or even issue a store credit. The mistake was Marshalls and solely Marshalls. I didnt tag the item, price the item, or sell the item. I am merely a consumer who purchased the item on good faith that Marshalls would abide by its own return policy.
It would cost Marshalls NOTHINGnot a red centto take the item back (considering Marshalls employees incorrectly catalogued and tagged the item) and issue me a store credit. I would have spent the $59.99 and more there. Instead Marshalls has lost a previously faithful customer and all my future purchases. This is a classic example of a flawed return system and all-around poor customer service.
I called the customer service number and was connected to an agent who was unhelpful and clearly on a script. He just kept repeating himself. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he refused to escalate my call. At the end of the day, there are far too many other vendors/companies with return and customer service policies that operate within the bigger spirit of accountability and customer satisfaction.
I am being forced to pay for Marshalls mistake, and it is not right.
Plain and simple. I will be reaching out to the corporate office.

My 12 years old daughter was accused of shoplifting by the store manager Antoinette and when it was cleared after we volunteered for bag search and body checks. the same manager wouldnt apologize for her accusations and she hid behind her employees behind the counter.
When we asked her to come out and even call police to show store surveillance footage of camera she refused and rebuked her earlier statements that she never accused our daughter in the first place even though she had room full of her employees and other shoppers. She hand covered her name tag and refused to give her name even though we asked for her name and store number so we can complain to the corporate office. She even threatened us to call police on us even though thats what we asked and wanted for but she faked the call and hid inside the store until the closing hours. She is an African- American who singled us out because we are Asian.
She sarcastically changed her stories even though her own employees were there. We will pursue this legally for defamation and harassment.

The manager of the store gave me a called me promptly and spoke with me and listened and resolved my issue and I feel comfortable about coming back to the store and continuing my shopping journey with Marshalls.

Verified Reviewer |Poor customer service manager would not let me us my 10% off after getting tjx credit card
1st time in Marshalls in Pearl, I normally shop home goods or T.J.Maxx. Applied for a credit card at home goods and was given a 10% off coupon and was told I could use at any sister store, so I thought I would try Marshalls because I was buying school clothes and shoes and could really use the 10% off.
I spent $317. And was told I couldnt use it.
Manager acted like she didnt even know what it was and cashier was clueless. I will never shop at a Marshalls again

Terrible experience
On 07/09/2024 I visited the store, as soon as I walked inside with my 1 year old baby and my elder mother, a very rude and extremely aggressive woman walked up to us yelling to be careful how we touch and misplace some makeup that was placed on display. Her had gestures and attitude were absolutely outrages and violating.
The sales associate attitude was absolutely uncalled for nor was it appropriate for such place of business, on top of it the individual MARTA continued following me throughout the store watching me like she was about to commit a crime. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable as no individual should be treated in such way and by such a tone.
Marta's attitude and smirtle on her face were absolutely disrespectful, after asking Marta to call her manager she first denied that there is any manager on duty then started yelling at me not to follow her around, well that's her job to answer to customer's inquiries mind you not she continued to yell in the presents of my 1 year old baby. This business has no integrity and does not treat customers with fair and respective manner, the employees are representation of management, therefore I hope that all necessary steps are taken by the assistant manager Andrea and the manager to address the violent behavior of the associate Marta.
Terrible experience
Couldnt get checked out,even though there was a lady doing nothing at her register..And was very unprofessional..I spent forever shopping in their ,then went up to purchase my goods..And had no service.

A $200 couch I bought for my daughter, she had it a week and the leg broke off of it. There was no fixing it.
I work 60 hrs a week I havent had a chance to contact Marshals until now. I pulled the couch out of her room after a week of being in there and the leg broke. Its been in my bedroom. I see it everyday and I keep telling myself to contact Marshals and get it takin care of.
My proof of purchase would be my debit card number. This purchase was February 29, 2024 with debit card ending in 2647.

Me and my children were shopping for pillows and other miscellaneous items and the manager was profiling us even called security to follow and watch us through out the store. I was gonna purchase a bike for my 3 year old and was told that the bike was sold already to another customer so he couldnt get it. I will never shop at this location ever again.
Preferred solution: The manager needs to be fired or suspended for profiling me and my children. I have never had a more insulting and unpleasant experience like this at Marshalls.

Had foot surgery and tried to return shoes
Never worn shoes tried to return due to foot surgery and had receipt. They offer me a gift receipt when I can not wear any shoes y til my feet heal.

Password reset.
I am not able to change my password, as I wind up in an endless loop when I attempt to change it. I have tried everything I could think off to regain access to my account, but to no avail.
I contacted customer service and was told that there was nothing they could do about it other than send a message to their on-line team. When asked how long I should expect to hear from the on-line team I was told 5-7 work days.
By now 1 month has passed but I havent heard anything from anybody and my problem persists. Very disappointing!

Got a blouse that show to much of breast . Went to Marshall to return it.
Still with tags , brand new . Lady at the register said product is not returnable cause it counts as an underwear . Why would they hang the product with womens clothing where all the blouses are ?!? Like why ?!?
And then they dont want to take it back .
They should say product is not returnable when people are buying it. ( obviously underwear and bras they dont have to tell that info but with something like that body ) crazy , Crazy !
