Hello, I purchased a plum colored xl women shirt from "Lucy & Laurel" brand from Marshalls. I was happy to find a new fall shirt to wear. But when I wore it, it left red stains on my skin, bra, and undershirt. I rinsed the shirt with water about 3 times alot of dye came off. To me looked like the dye was not removed properly, before being sent out to stores. When is was finally dried,the color was not the same. The shirt was a faded plum color.... Read more

I took a pair of cobalt blue Volcom shorts and beige slacks back for an exchange. I had not saved my receipt but I did have the a t m card I purchased both with.I was scolded very rudely by Theresa.She asked me if I had a dog or a cat. I said yes I do..why? she said these are "covered in hair". Want to say thank you to the staff there today. Mary the Store Manager as usual was polite and said "Hello". Some new guy named Dan who must be new was helpful when it came to knowing where to find Media Furniture. However Vanessa the cashier maybe the best cashier in the TJX Company. I love Marshalls. I Shop there regularly and never had a problem with the merchandise or service. The sales associates and managers have always been friendly, accommodating, and professional. Sadly, there's always that one person who is not. I was at Marshalls in Dale City, Va. and the evening manager ROBERT J (saw his ID badge and name) was rude and dismissive. Yesterday, in preparation for my summer vacation, I whet in and bought some summer wear items at the Emeryville Marshalls. I went to the Marshalls store in Midwest City, Oklahoma and i tried to buy a pair of mens tennis shoes that had two different prices; one pair was for $19.99 and the other pair which was the same shoe for $16.99 on clearance and i had picked up a pair that were in the same stack that was on clearance. I usually shop at different locations (Marshalls and TJ Maxx), but my first experience at the Marshalls' located on 1832 86th Street Brooklyn, NY 11214, was just the worst impression I've ever had. This has nothing to do with the way I was treated. I purchased a convertible Natori bra for my daughter. She wore it a couple of times. This bra was one of her favorites to wear with T-shirts that showed much of the back.The plastic closure in the front ripped. I no longer had the receipt or the tags.
